Untreated swiss stone pine
- Move the fascia roller gently or with light pressure over the muscle region of your horse or dog.
- Firstly, massage one side of the animal using the fascia roller. Work your way from the large muscles\ groups to the smaller ones. Then change the side and repeat the whole process.
- If the horse shows a defensive reaction please reduce the pressure immediately. The fascia may stick together, which should only be loosened with gentle pressure by slowly moving the fascia roller. But do not leave such areas out.
- A gentle massage with the fascia roller can be done daily.
- It is best to massage the narrow muscles areas either side of the spine before riding with the small fascia roller. After working with the horse you can repeat this. A five minute application can be have a positive effect on the horses well-being. It is also possible to roll for a longer period of time.
Tip: Do not use the fascia role in areas with few muscles. Use in such areas can be very uncomfortable and is therefore to avoid. Please always pay attention to the reaction of the animal.
