The Feele “Landestop” protects against flies and here explicitly the deer louse fly. It is equally suitable for horses and dogs.
The deer louse fly is an ectoparasite and feeds by sucking blood. This is why it is colloquially known as the “flying tick”. It is usually found on forest edges and flies to various species of deer, badgers and wild boar to feed.
After the host has been approached, the fly clings on and breaks off its wings.
Due to its repellent effect, Feele “Landestop” is legally classified as a biocidal product and is registered as such with the BAuA (Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health).

The Feele “Landestop” has been explicitly developed to repel the deer louse fly and also protects against other types of flies.
Its formula is a unique combination of plant-based active ingredients that adhere to the horse’s coat even when sweating and can also withstand the odd bath for the dog.
The “Landestop” can also be sprayed onto textiles and can therefore also protect humans from deer lice flies when out riding or walking.

Usage

Please apply especially to the head, chest and flank areas. Also massage into the mane comb and into the area around the tail. You can also spray into the palms of your hands and rub or massage into the coat.

Hallo Michaela,
meine Stute macht mir aktuell etwas Sorgen, sodass ich erst heute dazu komme dir zu antworten.
Ich nutze den Landestopp hauptsächlich am Mähnenkamm, der Schweifrübe und den Ohren.
Alyna scheuert sich immer an diesen Stellen und wenn ich sie mit dem Landestopp behandle, scheuert sie sich nicht.
Daher finde ich die Wirkung top. Den Geruch finde ich auch gut.
Leider ist mir allerdings bereits bei 2 Flaschen von euch der Sprühkopf kaputt gegangen. Vielleicht gibt es da noch eine bessere Lösung, z. B. Sprühkopf aus einem Teil gefertigt.
Sonst bin ich mit all euren Produkten, die ich bisher ausprobiert habe, sehr zufrieden. Fesselglück ist mein persönlicher Held! 🙂

Da bei uns seit ca. 3 Jahren die Hirschlausfliegen sich immer mehr ausbreitet (vor 2 Jahren hat es noch gereicht gewisse Ausreitstrecken in einem gewissen Zeitraum zu meiden, jetzt leider nicht mehr) war ich etwas verzweifelt, da ich zu 99% ausreite. Ich habe dann bei euch den Landestop bestellt (bin mir aber nicht mehr sicher ob Herbst 2025 oder jetzt im Frühjahr 2026). Heuer habe ich schon getestet, mein Fazit: ohne geht es gar nicht! Ich trage den Spray beidseitig am Mähnenkamm auf, Schulter bzw. an der Schabracke entlang, Kruppe und oberer Teil der Schweifrübe und Flanke. Das massiere ich leicht ein. Ab und zu verirrt sich eine Laus aufs Pony, aber da denke ich, da habe ich dann doch zu sparsam aufgetragen. Aber kein Vergleich, wenn ich den Landestop gar nicht auftrage oder vergesse… also für mich steht sowieso fest, dass ich wieder kaufe! Danke für dieses Produkt!
